"The Barn" is owned by a corporation of dancers, the American Square Dance Education & Recreation Association, Inc.(ASDERA) and is operated by a nine member Board of Directors. This facility includes a 6,000 square foot floating maple wood dance floor, a 4,000 square foot service area with meeting rooms and a 4,000 square foot retail area.

The PROMENADE SHOP, which has the largest selection of square dance and western wear in the area, occupies the retail area and is open Monday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. The Promenade Shop is also open in evenings during special dance events.
